Antique Vintage Johnson Outboard Boat Motor

Up for auction is a very nice 1922 Johnson outboard.  Model # A Serial # 985 !  These 3 number Johnsons are getting almost impossible to find.  This was the first model Johnson ever offered.They started with serial # 506 so this is the 479th motor to ever be made by Johnson!  Its a nice little 2 hp. twin motor. The serial numbers match (see last photo). Look closely at the photos, the cast gas tank is near perfect!! It has a beutiful leather covered wooden grip. The rest of this nice little antique is almost perfect also.It is complete, and ready for a new home. This outboard will due you proud, please see my feedback. Yes it shows some signs of wear, but its almost 90 years old. Due to its age it is sold not running as is. I will take offers on this antique. It is for sale in my shop, and may cause the auction to end. Im doing a lot of private motors which I prefer to do. 1937-1942 Evinrude Sportsman outboard motor.

This motor was tested today and it runs.

The gas tank has some pretty good dents as seen in the pictures, and it will need new decals, they are peeling/cracking/etc, which you can find on ebay.

Local pick-up in the Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington areas is available. We will be driving to Santa Rosa, California the weekend of September 18th. Feel free to send us an email if you think you'd be along our way.

Up for auction is a outstanding 1946-47 Sea king Midget made by Evinrude. It is a 1 hp 1 cylinder model 64EA-9002A ser.#381-04137 and weighs only 19 lbs. It is complete with no breaks or welds and the gas tank is perfect inside and out. It has good compression and spark, but because of it's age there is no guarantee that it will run. If you are looking for one of these Midgets look no further, because it does not get any better than this little beauty. What a great display this motor would be for all to see, or possibly running on your favorite lake. The shipping is $55.00 (west coast and Canada is more), which includes new box, new packing, insurance and ups ground. There is a reserve. Please ask any and all questions before bidding.
