I bought this motor three years ago. Previous owner said it was early 1970's motor.
I haven't used for last two years. It was good working condition when I started it last time.

ITEM WEIGHT IS 84 LBS BUT SHIPPING WEIGHT SHOULD BE AROUND 100LBS OR IT COULD BE 120 LBS OR MORE IF I HAVE TO MOUNT IT ON PALLET.

I WILL USE UPS GROUND SERVICE.

What an opportunity to have something to work on this Winter and be ready for the Summer boating season.
These pictures are taken with the motor in a wheelbarrow for easy movement as it is very heavy.

We are listing a Johnson 55HP Outboard Motor for a close friend. It was just removed recently from service.
We have been told this motor runs fine, However being that we have not seen or heard this motor run we are selling as-is as described.
Overall its in great condition and shows no oil leaks or any other abnormal wear.
The boat this motor was installed on has been scraped out.
